I've been trying to find photos of Pat at the 1974 Arctic winter Games in Anchorage Alaska. It was the first time for biathlon. Only senior men who shot 303's at balloons. All wore knickers & knee socks. Classic skiing with big wooden skis. So far no photo but the first pic I found was his team mate, Don True wearing knickers and carrying the 303 after just passing the Alaskan. Still hoping to find one of Pat but it is SO typical that the Don passed at probably the only spot there was a photographer. All the NWT team had a lot of problems with the 5 k downhill mountain run into the range. Will continue searching for a Pat photo in the meantime you can use your imagination. By the way they competition was the US Olympic team who were training at the army base in Alaksa.
