IBU Youth/Junior World Championships 2018 kicked off today in Otepaa with youth individuals. Elvira Karin Oeberg of Sweden, on her 19th birthday, won the first Gold medal in the youth women’s competition, while Russia's Mikhail Pervushin took the Gold in the youth men's individual.
The IBU Youth/Junior World Championships 2018 in Otepaa, Estonia kicked off today for 35 nations with 200 men and 179 women (in youth and junior categories). Youth women were the first athletes to step on the track and to start seven days of exciting competitions.
